Request Account Deletion
If you would like to permanently delete your Artisans Finder account and all associated data, please send an email request from your registered email address to our support team.
What happens next?
Once we receive your request:
- Our team will verify your identity to protect your account.
- Upon verification, we will process the deletion within 3-5 business days.
- All your personal information, including your name, email, phone number, and physical address, will be purged from our active databases.
- Your booking history, negotiation logs, and portfolio items will be permanently removed.
Warning: This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your previous transactions and cannot recover your profile.
